Recently, the trusted local conservative group Empower Jacksonville published their voter guide in the special election being held for the Jacksonville City Council races on May 14, 2019. Early voting stated on April 29, and ends Saturday, May 12. This is a county wide election and all Duval county voters are able to participate.
