Florida Family Action (FFA) is the legislative arm of the Florida Family Policy Council.  FFA is a cultural action organization that is completely separate sister organization of the Florida Family Policy Council, legally.   It has been created by separating out of Florida Family Policy Council those major activities which constitute lobbying under the IRS code so that they can be expanded in scope.  It will provide a platform for informing, inspiring and rallying those who care deeply about the family to greater involvement in the moral, cultural and political issues that threaten our state.  Florida Family Action will give our team much greater freedom to take our views to the public square, where the great debate over culture, rights, freedom and values is taking place, and allow us to ask people to take specific actions such as calling senators and congressmen to pass important, family-friendly legislation.

In seeking to create a movement to cohesively engage in all aspects of the process there are three sister organizations which are associated by relationship but remained legally and financially distinct and separate.

The Florida Family Policy Council is a 501c3 and our flagship organization whose primary purpose is to EDUCATE.

This organization, Florida Family Action is a 501c4 social advocacy organization whose primary purpose is to LOBBY or to advocate robustly for or against various legislation or issues.

The Florida Family Action PAC, is a Political Committee under Florida law and is designed to engage in ELECTIONEERING or direct political advocacy for or against state legislative candidates.

All three organizations are led by John Stemberger
