The official Florida Family Policy Council voter guide below has been approved by legal counsel to be 501c3 safe and can be freely distributed by a church as an official educational activity of the church. Coalition of Faith Leaders Oppose Casino Gambling Expansion
Tallahassee – On Tuesday, November 1, 2011, in Tallahassee, leaders of four statewide organizations joined voices in opposing the expansion of gambling and specifically legislation that would authorize some of the largest casinos in the world to set up in Florida. Representatives from the Florida Catholic Conference, the Florida Baptist Convention, the Florida Family Policy Council and Casino Watch all expressed their concern over the negative consequences the explosion of gambling in new mega casinos would bring to Florida.

500 Supporters and National Media Attend Annual Policy Awards Dinner in Orlando with Michele Bachmann
Orlando, Florida – The Florida Family Policy Council’s Annual Policy Awards Dinner celebrated the most pro-life legislative session in Florida’s history with Congresswoman Michele Bachmann as the keynote speaker. The event was attended by over 500 guests as well as local, state and national media. Over a dozen national media outlets were in attendance included NBC News, C-SPAN, Washington Post, National Journal, NewsMax and Charisma Media.

Florida Family Policy Council Co-Hosts Debate on Social & Economic Issues in Orlando with Four Major U.S. Senate Candidates
(ORLANDO, FL) – The four leading Republican candidates for the U.S. Senate attended the debate on Saturday, August 20, 2011 co-hosted by the Florida Family Policy Council and a coalition of local Tea Party groups in Central Florida. Approximately 275 people attended this early primary debate with former state Majority Leader Rep. Adam Hasner, former U.S. Sen. George LeMieux, retired Army Col. Tallahassee, Florida – Over the weekend on Saturday, July 30, 2011, Florida Governor Rick Scott signed a package of four pro-life bills at a ceremony in the library of the Governor’s Mansion, marking the culmination of one of the most successful legislative sessions the pro-life movement in Florida’s history.

DAPHNE CAMPBELL (D) HARASSED AND THREATENED BY DEMOCRATS AFTER VOTING PRO-LIFE
After debating in favor of a bill that would require ultrasounds before abortions, Democrat leaders openly harassed, threatened and belittled her. Democrat Rep. Scott Randolph of Orlando trashed papers on her desk and threw her pen away. Randolph, who refused to apologize, now also threatens to try and unseat her in 2012.
